‘Desperate Housewives’ star Marcia Cross speaks out about her anal cancer diagnosis

” Desperate Housewives” star Marcia Cross has anal cancer and is not scared to let the world know.

The award-winning starlet appeared on a sector of “CBS This Early Morning” on Wednesday and talked openly about her battle with the disease.
